Why isn't there a rate card on this page?
Because Pulse isn't a menu. The work is scoped to the buyer. If you know what you want, /packs and /shop list every line-item we build. If you don't know what you want, /plan drafts a scope in 30 seconds, or /consulting books a strategy hour. If you're an enterprise, /enterprise is application-based. Six paths, no guessing.
How do I pick the right path?
Roughly: Pulse Pro Packs if your business is tradie / hospo / small biz / lead gen / e-comm and you want a fixed-scope fast turnaround. Build-a-Quote if you want to mix line-items across custom scope. Plan a Build if you're not sure what to buy. Consulting if you want a brain not a build. Deep Audit if you want a written strategic audit before committing. Enterprise if you need platform-scale (Greek FM-class) delivery.
Do you take deposits or progress payments?
Standard: 50% deposit to lock the slot, 50% on delivery. For engagements over $20K we split further (40/30/30) or tie to monthly milestones. Consulting hours are prepaid; Deep Audit is Stripe upfront.
Can I pay in USD/EUR?
Yes. Prices are AUD by default but invoiced in any major currency at spot rate on the day of invoice. International clients are ~45% of new work.
Do prices include ongoing management?
One-off builds are ship-and-go. Most clients add a light retainer for monitoring, iteration and tuning. Monthly-priced offerings (Content Department, Radio OS SaaS) already include active management.
