The short version
pulseagency.dev is a personal agency site. It is static. It does not ask you to sign up, log in, or store payment details. The only personal information it collects is what you voluntarily type into the contact form — and that data is emailed directly to Nikolaos at [email protected] so he can reply.
What we collect
- Inquiry form data — your name, email, company, selected interest, budget band, timeline, preferred call time (optional) and message. This is submitted to formsubmit.co, a form-to-email relay, which forwards it to Nikolaos's inbox. Nothing is stored on this website's servers because this website has no servers — it is static hosting.
- Standard server logs (Firebase Hosting) — anonymous IP, user agent, referrer, timestamp, requested path. These are retained by Google Firebase per its privacy terms and are not linked to individuals.
- Nothing else. No analytics cookies. No third-party marketing pixels. No session tracking. No sale of data.
What we don't do
- Sell, share or rent your data to third parties.
- Add you to mailing lists without consent.
- Track you across the web with cookies or fingerprinting.
- Retarget you with ads after you leave.
- Use your inquiry content to train third-party AI models.
Third-party services
This site relies on the following infrastructure services:
- Firebase Hosting (Google) — serves the site's static files.
- formsubmit.co — receives form submissions and forwards them to Nikolaos by email. Used as a fallback for most forms.
- Google Apps Script (Nikolaos's Google Workspace) — a small set of private automation scripts receive form submissions directly: the booking form (auto-creates a Google Calendar event + Meet link), the newsletter signup (appends to Nikolaos's owned mailing-list sheet and sends the welcome email), and a lead-triage pipeline that scores inbound inquiries and drafts reply emails for Nikolaos to review. Additional internal scripts run on fixed schedules against Nikolaos's own data: a weekly SEO audit of this site (only hits public URLs + Google's PageSpeed Insights API, no user data touched), a weekly case-study drafter that reads Nikolaos's own Client Portal sheet (internal — never touches your data unless you are a client), and a weekly newsletter broadcaster (only reads the subscriber list you already consented to when you signed up). All of these run inside Nikolaos's own Google account — no third-party SaaS, no resale, no external processor.
- Google Fonts — serves the Inter, Space Grotesk, and JetBrains Mono fonts. Google may log the IP when fonts load.
If a Pulse AI chat widget is active on the site, messages you send into the widget are routed to a third-party large-language-model provider for response generation. Messages are not stored on this site. The specific provider may change over time; contact us to request the current processor if required for your compliance needs.
For every form submission (booking, scope, pack interest, consulting, ROI calculator, AI-Readiness, Radio OS demo, GhostLink waitlist), your name, email, and the content of the form are additionally sent to a private lead-scoring process inside Nikolaos's Google Workspace. The scorer is Gemini (Google's LLM) classifying the lead as hot/warm/cold and drafting a suggested reply. Your data is not used for model training; the classification is for Nikolaos's internal triage only.
Pre-call intelligence (opt-in, booked calls only): the booking form at /book has a clearly-labelled checkbox asking whether you want a free pre-call audit. It's ticked by default but one click unticks it. If you uncheck it, none of the following runs and your booking goes through as normal. If you leave it ticked, two things run automatically inside Nikolaos's Google Workspace so he arrives at the meeting briefed:
- Public-web audit. We use the website URL and company name you enter on the booking form as the primary source. If those are blank, we fall back to extracting a domain from your email address, and failing that, any URL in your message. We then fetch a handful of pages from your own website — typically the homepage, About, Services, and Contact pages. We ignore anything behind a login. We don't scrape LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Yelp, or Facebook. If configured, we also read the top few Google search results for your company name. The combined text goes to Gemini, which produces a ~400-word audit (who you are, tech posture, 3 opportunities, fit rating). This audit is emailed to you and stored in a private Google Sheet + Drive folder Nikolaos owns.
- Voice brief (opt-in). The audit email includes a one-click link to record a ~2-minute voice brief describing your problem. You decide whether to use it. If you do, the audio is sent to Gemini for transcription + structuring into a brief for Nikolaos. The original audio is stored in Nikolaos's private Google Drive and auto-deletes after 30 days. The transcript + structured brief stay in the sheet as the business record of our engagement.
To opt out at the source: uncheck the pre-call intel box on the booking form before you submit. Nothing runs and no email is sent. To opt out after booking: reply skip to your audit email, or email [email protected] at any time — Nikolaos will delete both the audit and any voice recording. The booking itself still goes ahead normally either way.
