Do you work with Shopify specifically?
Yes — most common. Also WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Squarespace Commerce. Shopify is the deepest integration.
Can the chatbot process refunds?
It can initiate refund requests into your backend. Actually processing the refund via Shopify API is a small add-on (~$500) if you want full autonomy.
